About Nick
Nick Papachristou is a journeyman marketer, having served in a wide range of leadership functions including product management, digital/performance marketing, customer experience, research and as CMO in both B2C and B2B businesses across the country. Most recently he served as the Chief Marketing Officer for a regional wealth management firm, where he oversaw a digital lead generation program that drove double-digit growth for a company regularly ranked as one of the fastest growing in the market.
Nick’s focus areas include brand strategy, corporate communications, growth marketing and marketing operations and technology. His approach is centered on performance, with an unwavering commitment to measurement, transparency, and accountability. The efficacy of this approach was demonstrated most recently with a successful rebranding and growth initiative that doubled brand awareness within the first year, with a proportional increase in net new revenue.
Nick has always maintained a consultative approach to marketing, listening carefully to stakeholders, incorporating primary and secondary information into the situation analysis, and building strategies that directly address the business opportunities revealed with P&L level accountability. As an experienced leader, Nick has learned that marketing is very much a team sport, requiring the full and enthusiastic participation of not just the marketing team, but finance, technology, operations, and the front-line team members to yield optimal performance. Although performance is the ultimate measure of any strategy, the level of collaboration and energy created are indirect indicators of success.
