Washington DC, USA (February 22, 2023) - The CMO Syndicate is pleased to announce the addition of C. David Minifie to our team of fractional CMOs driving growth and catalyzing change. Dave served as the first Chief Marketing Officer and then the Chief Experience Officer and EVP, Corporate Strategy for Centene Corporation, a global health enterprise focused on administering health plans in the Medicaid, Medicare, and Health Insurance Marketplace in the United States. During his nine years there, the company experienced +30% CAGR, growing from $5B to over $110B in revenue. He currently serves on the advisory boards for the Institute for Sustainable Development, a non-profit focused on small business and community resilience, and the Saint Louis University School of Medicine.
Prior to Centene, Dave spent twelve years at the Procter & Gamble company learning the discipline of branding-building from the company that invented the craft, with a variety of traditional and non-traditional roles of increasing responsibility. He helped drive growth on billion-dollar brands like Charmin, Bounty, and Duracell, and also led the turn-around of challenger brands like Puffs facial tissue and Eukanuba pet food.

Before joining corporate America, Dave served in the nation’s naval service, graduating from the United States Naval Academy and leading United States Marines as an artillery officer for over six years.
