These initiatives not only generated new revenue streams but also fostered deeper customer loyalty, driving the bank's success in both Florida and national markets.
At Intermex, Brad held the position of Head of Marketing, leading a transformative pre-IPO marketing overhaul that resulted in an impressive 28%+ revenue growth.
Brad's extensive career also includes five years at AIG, where he excelled as the leader of Product Development and Customer Insights across the US, Canada, and Latin America. Moreover, his formative years at American Express equipped him with invaluable experience in driving business strategy, growth, and customer lifecycle marketing in various roles and geographies.
